Too Much Life for Consuming Content

Yesterday my roommate left to move back to California, so I spent most of my time at a beer garden eating bratwurst.

… It was, of course, delicious. This delicious bratwurst, however, did not allow me much time to actually get involved with my current media of choice.

I’m still a liar who hasn’t finished The Case of the Case of the Mistaken Identity. But, I have gotten much further thanks to subway reading. I’m about thirty to forty pages from the ending and I for one cannot wait to see how this kid is going to solve the mystery without accidentally killing himself. I am also looking forward to not being judged on the train for boisterously laughing at what is obviously a book written for fifth graders.

I’ve also gotten a little further in Fallen, and it surprised me by taking quite the Twilight-esque turn. I’m hoping against hope, wishing against wish that this won’t be the case for the entire book, but just until I get through Chapter 10. And then it will go back to being a normal-paranormal YA novel. (I am not embarrassed. Not at all.)

Sadly, my television is sorely lacking. I tried watching Glee yesterday morning, but Hulu wasn’t having it. They were just not having it at all.

So:

I read 132 pages of fiction.
